Title: What Would You Do? Ethical Dilemmas in Journalism
Description: This taster session will introduce Journalism as a career, explain how news reporters gather materials for stories, and the ethical dilemmas they face in the process. You will participate in a group debate around ethics, privacy, and celebrity, and will be given a number of scenarios asking 'What would you do?'.
Suitability: Students in IB1 & IB2 who are interested in studying journalism at university.
Please do not register to attend if you have any lessons or other pre-planned activities that may overlap with this lecture.
