About The Workshop

Join Andy Clayton and Elisa Olivares Esquivel from the University of Sheffield for an interactive workshop exploring new ways of reimagining cities and outdoor spaces to meet the challenges of a changing climate and loss of habitat. The first part of the session, you will explore case studies that demonstrate how our streets, urban spaces and parks can be designed and managed got environmental and social benefits. The second part of the session, you will have the opportunity to apply this knowledge to redesign an urban space.

Who is this workshop suitable for?

Any students who are interested in studying Geography, Biology, Art, Design or related subjects at university. If you would like to attend, please request absence from Emily in the careers office, no later than 3 days prior to the activity taking place.


Please do not register to attend if you have any lessons or other pre-planned activities which may overlap with this workshop, unless you have received authorised permission to do so.
