About the Event
The Department of Physics at the University of Oxford are hosting a public event to learn about the research they carry out, including from the tiniest particle to the entire cosmos. You will have the opportunity to tour the laboratories, attend talks from researchers, and be part of a Q&A session to ask any questions you may have.
Some example of research you will learn about include: quantum computing, the future of solar-cells for renewable energy, the impact of citizen science, how cells use, protect and copy DNA, climate science, quantum materials, and accelerators.
Who is this event for?
Any students who are interested in Physics, either as a general or academic interest.
