About the Lecture Series

Gresham College are hosting a politics lecture series from October 2023 - June 2024.


The lecture series will explore the vocabulary used in ancient Greek political ideas. All lectures will be hosted by Professor Melissa Lane from Princeton University.

Professor Melissa Lane will discuss whether we are trapping ourselves in a modern version of Plato's cave and clinging to our current way of life.
