Description: Dr Rachel Somerville, Group Leader for the Center for Computational Astrophysics at the Flat Iron Institute, New York, will present the 4th Wetton Lecture. Dr Somerville will talk about the work that she is doing to make links between theoretical predictions in astronomy and observations, and what insights we hope to gain about the mysteries of galaxy formation.
